These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website eurochemtrading.com and related online forms operated by EUROCHEMTRADING MIDDLE EAST FZE (“EuroChem”, “we”, “us”), a Free Zone Establishment licensed by the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority (DWTCA), UAE (Licence L-3340 · DUL DP5435).

Website use

You may use this website to review product information, logistics notes, market content, and to submit commercial inquiries. You must provide accurate contact details and must not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access to the client portal, or interfere with site security or availability.

Quotations and commercial communications

Information on this website is general and may change without notice. Prices, availability, Incoterms, specifications, and lead times shown online are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding sale arises only under a written contract (or portal workflow) accepted by both parties.

Export quote and contact forms are requests for commercial discussion. We may decline inquiries that are incomplete, speculative, or outside our trading scope.

Client portal and agents

Portal login and agent cooperation features are available only to approved users. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend access if we detect misuse or security risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority free zone. Disputes relating to website use shall be subject to the competent courts or dispute forums available under DWTCA / UAE rules, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
